We will be as careful as possible when servicing your piano and we stand by our work. We will rectify any problem caused by us at no cost to you.
Pianos normally show signs of wear and fatigue with age, and through the normal course of routine work, failures can occur through no fault of our own. In such a case, we cannot be held liable. Examples include broken strings, hammers or springs; deteriorated felt; deteriorated wood and case parts; stripped screws and screw holes; failed glue work; work previously done by other parties; existing damage.
Pianos naturally go out of tune on their own. We strive to give your piano the most stable tune possible, but it will go out of tune with time, humidity, movement, heat and frequency of play.
We will happily remedy any issue for a nominal fee.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN THIS AGREEMENT, SERVICES AND GOODS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." CENTER STAGE PIANO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
